An Initial Interview |

A one-hour meeting with client, determining individual goals, strengths, areas of improvement, demands of
client’s specific sport, and review of typical “week in the life of” the client. |

A Lesson Observation |
| |
Observation of riding lesson and discussion with client’s riding instructor regarding areas of strength and improvement. |

A Pre-Test |
| |
A 60-90 minute session including assessments of cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. |

| |
Program Design |
| |
An individualized program taking into account client’s schedule, goals, type of sport, current level of fitness, and instructor input. Program covers a three month period. |

| |
Weekly Contact |
| |
Client will be contacted on a weekly basis to discuss progress and any issues that might have arisen with the program or indirectly related to the program. |

| |
A Monthly Review |
| |
A visit and workout session with client, re-assessment of program, update and modification of program if needed. |

Full Access to a Consultant |
| |
You can contact Equi-Librium at any time during your program to speak with a professional. |
| |

| |
End of program evaluation |
| |
Revisit riding instructor and observe riding lesson. Discussion of any concerns, issues, or improvements that instructor has seen develop in the past three months. |

3 Month Test |
| |
Similar to the pre-test, client will be tested on cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and flexibility. |

| |
If client decides to continue with program for an additional three months, the price will be $150.00/month, for a minimum of three more months. Program will be adjusted and modified to grow with the client’s progress, lifestyle, and needs. |

Travel charged at $0.50/km. Mileage and subsistence will be reimbursed at cost. |
